Wedding Photography Rates

SHORT WEDDING PACKAGE:

1-1/2 hours of photography with one photographer: $325. Picture estimate: 75-125 pictures. Rate includes a set of 4x6 proofs and travel up to 1/2 hour

BASE PACKAGE:

One photographer covering your wedding. Includes a set of 4x6 proofs professionally printed and a low resolution DVD. All weddings also include on line viewing of your wedding album and travel up to one hour.

• 3 hours: $625 - Picture estimate: 75 to 100 Pictures per hour of shooting time

• Covers the wedding ceremony, formal pictures and up to 2 hours for wedding preparation and/or reception

• Additional time is at a rate of $125 per hour for one photographer

BASE PACKAGE WITH HIGH RESOLUTION DVD:

Upgrades from the Base Package include a high resolution DVD with rights to print up to 8x10 pictures

• 3 hours: $775 - Picture estimate: 75 to 100 Pictures per hour of shooting time

• Additional time is at a rate of $125 per hour for one photographer

THE CLASSIC PACKAGE:

Upgrades from the Base Package include a high resolution DVD with rights to print up to 8x10 pictures, a 20 page 10 x 10 album with your choice of up to 40 pictures, two photographers and travel up to 2 hours

• 5 hours: $1595

• Add $495 to upgrade to deluxe 10 x 10 album

• Additional time is at a rate of $150 per hour

THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE:

Upgrades from the Classic Package include a 30 page 10 x 10 album with up to 50 pictures, a one hour engagement or bridal session complete with your choice of a 26 page photobook or 11 x 14 print and all day coverage (up to 8 hours)

Note: Above picture counts are estimates only - actual counts will vary depending

on the number of guests, wedding location, scheduled activities and length of the wedding.

These rates include the following:

• Complete coverage of all activities for the time given
• The use of flashless photography for most inside wedding ceremonies
• 4x6 proofs and DVD's are delivered within three weeks after the wedding
• Digital editing and retouching of all photos
• Photojournalistic style
• Online image posting for viewing by the family, wedding party members and guests. Images will be made available for viewing within one week after the wedding. Additional photos may be purchased directly from this site.

In addition, packages can be custom designed using Don's flexible pricing structure. Options available include:

• Enlargements up to to 20X30 (photographer must be notified prior to taking the pictures of any requests for pictures over 8X10).
• High resolution DVD which can be used to print up to 8x10 pictures (receiving a DVD is like getting the negatives to the pictures - the DVD can be taken to any photo development lab of your choice so that you can print as many pictures as you want). Please note that Don Aittama Photography does not guarantee the results from these prints unless they are made at a photo printing lab recommended by Don Aittama Photography
• Low resolution DVD's are for viewing on computers only
• Engagement pictures
• Wedding and Parent albums available in several different sizes and styles


Don's Sales and Pricing Policy:

Don will provide you with a price list up front and let you decide how much you want to spend so that you keep your total spending within your budget. There will never be any hidden charges or surprises when the final bill is received and there will never be any high pressured sales pitches. Complete written estimates will be provided for all custom packages for your approval prior to the wedding.

 

Payment terms:

• Weddings up to $1000: 1/2 deposit required to book the wedding and the remaining balance due upon receipt of the 4x6 prints/DVD.
• Weddings over $1000: $500 deposit required to book the wedding, $500 due two weeks before the wedding and the remaining balance due upon receipt of the 4x6 proofs.
• Don accepts checks, Visa and Mastercard.
